The complete OS begins when you open the unzipped folder in your AI tool and say start. The standalone toolkit begins by asking for the real business details and short voice sample it needs for that phase.
Let setup read first and ask only about gaps.
Bring your offer, audience notes, past asset material, launch tools, and two or three real writing samples. Setup fills the brain from the material you provide and pauses to ask when a fact or voice detail is missing.

The complete OS finishes setup with one verified idea, a set of title options, one subheadline grounded in your material, and three to seven Asset to Benefit to Value bullets written in your captured voice.
The first time you run it, your AI will ask for permission to read and write files in this folder. That is normal, so approve it and carry on.
Keep the unzipped folder somewhere easy, and open that exact folder in your AI tool. If the pack sits buried inside another folder, your agent cannot see it.
If you use the Claude desktop app, add the pack folder as a project first, then talk to it there.
If you use Codex instead, the folder includes instructions for both. Where something has only been smoke-tested in Claude Code, this page says so plainly.

Can I bring old business documents and launch material?
Yes. Setup reads what you provide first, maps verified material into the five brain files, and asks only about missing information.
Can I use Notion or another tool with this?
Yes, when you export or paste the relevant material into the project. The pack does not connect to, change, or publish inside your live tools.
What if my AI tool handles project folders differently?
Open the unzipped pack as the exact project folder your tool can read. If your tool cannot work with local project files, use the standalone AI Implementation Toolkit suite instead.
Is my data private inside the pack?
The pack does not transmit data on its own. Your AI tool handles whatever you share under its own settings and terms, so use the same care you would use for any client or business material.
What should I do if setup stops or something breaks?
Open the same folder and say that you want to resume setup. The pack keeps a record of your progress, so completed answers and backups are not lost. If you still need help, book a call with Master Implementers.
